Method of FLUSHING.
•As per the 1996 figures, published in the leading newspapers of India, the total black money (Parallel Economy) is Rs.80,000 Crores (Eighty thousand crores or Rs.800 billion).
•Only 4% out of the total One billion population of India pay TAX
•I remember during my childhood days that while storing food grains in the store room my grandmother used to put Neem leaves to safeguard the grains from insects/pesticides. This had the effect for few days. Later she started using DDT (New chemical). This was effective for sometime. After that again the insects started invading the grains. Then she started using Finit/Flit (new chemicals), which again had an effect for sometime. After the effect faded out the insects again started invading the grains.
•Nowadays to drive out the insects a mixture of 2 to 3 chemicals is used which lasts for some months. And as usual the insects comeback.
•This is happening because the cockroaches, insects become immune to the chemicals and we are not able to control them; as these are made by God.

This Rs. 500 and Rs. 1000 are used by people who carry out nefarious activities as these currencies occupy less space and so it is easy to carry on person and small bags/suitcases.
•As per the statistics, the cost of printing $1 and $100 bill is 4 cents in USA.
•The cost of printing Rs80,000/- crores, will not exceed Rs.1,000/- crores (1.25% of the total black money) approx.
•Following the principles of FDI (Foreign Direct investment), India can get this printed on a tender basis from countries like South Korea, China, Australia etc.
As India has got the best of the ATM network and also bank branches all over India, the new currency should be distributed through this network. Also at the same time it is tobe declared that the existing currency (mind you, this has tobe done instantaneously before anyone gets a wind of it) is cancelled, using media like Television, Radio, and Newspaper etc.
•As a fillip an amount equivalent to Rs. 20,000/- of old currency may be allowed to be exchanged with the new currency in cash over the counter.
•To put a check on the propagation of black money, the “Method of Flushing” should be carried out on a period basis till a satisfactory level is achieved.
•USA and all other countries should consider the “Method of Flushing” for their currency.
•Unaccounted Billions of Dollars lying illegally in SWISS Bank, can also be unearthed.
